Do you offer free site surveys?
Yes — we offer a free, no-obligation site survey for all prospective clients within our coverage area. We’ll assess your requirements, take measurements, and produce a detailed specification and quotation at no charge.
How quickly can you start a project?
Lead times depend on current workload and project scope, but we typically aim to schedule surveys within 1–2 weeks of enquiry and can often begin installation within 2–4 weeks of quote acceptance.
What documentation do you provide on completion?
Every project concludes with a full handover pack including Fluke cable certification reports, as-built diagrams, cable schedules, and a compliance declaration. You’ll have documented proof of performance for every link installed.
Do you work outside the South West?
Yes. Whilst we’re based in the South West, we regularly undertake projects nationwide. Travel costs may apply for sites outside our core area — please get in touch to discuss your specific location.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Absolutely. We regularly work evenings and weekends to minimise disruption to schools, businesses, and occupied residential properties. This can be discussed and agreed as part of the project brief.
Are you Fluke certified?
Yes — all structured cabling installations are tested and certified using Fluke Networks testing equipment to ANSI/TIA and ISO/IEC standards. Certification reports are provided as standard with every cabling project.
